The Art of Arcola brings to you the images of times past, experiences, moments in time of loved ones and special places; the simple joys of childhood, the love of parents and friends. She strives to capture these images in hopes you will remember a moment or experience that brings you joy to reflect on. Her artistic mission is to leave the world a better place. To leave permanent images of a moment in time that will be beautiful and dateless, no matter the era.

Anne Hall  (the artist Arcola) began drawing and painting in her early sixties after retiring from a successful career in engineering and construction management. She is self-taught and is inspired by the works of a diversity of artists. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren are the inspiration for many of her works.  The mother/child experience especially appeals to her.  She experiments with styles, techniques and media and finds it an honor to be part of the explosion of art in the 20^th and 21^st century.
